I wouldn't say the word "terrorist", but over time, I'd say America has killed more innocents than our status quo "antagonist".

Terrorist weapons have blown up more innocent people. Sure American weapons have killed innocents, including some of our own troops in friendly fire accidents. But every civilian we killed is not innocent. If you're harboring terrorist, supporting terrorist or assisting terrorist you're not innocent. If your hosting a dinner for terrorist and you get blown up by a laser guided bomb, too bad. You shouldn't be supporting terrorist and you're not an innocent.

Historically the answer would easily have to be American Weapons. Think of World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War I, Gulf War II.
Terrorists would be far behind the number of innocents killed in those wars. But, there's the difference "WAR". One is waged due to a known conflict, attacking an adversary that is also at war with you, and who is expecting the attacks, and the innocents are an accidental byproduct of war.
Terrorist on the other hand, intentionally and visciously target the innocent people. They don't target armed combatants, but they target the defenseless.
Notice any difference?
