Im 14 and when i was around 8 i got my own dog as a christmas present. He is a toy poodle and the best dog ever. Toy poodles are good to have and they are very smart they can be trained easily. They do require grooming but they dont shed and you can keep the hair trimmed short. Plus if you get a puppy you can train them when there little that they shouldnt bark.

Rats are impressive pets not only because they are low priced and easy to maintain, yet because they provide more beneficial interesting play than such issues as fish or maybe different small mammals. They eat particularly a lot something except some no-no's like citrus or something meat appropriate (which they could eat yet you shouldn't feed them for a form of causes). Their biology is close sufficient to people that they could eat in spite of else you're eating. in many circumstances, you purchase lab blocks from the puppy shop, that are airborne dirt and dirt low-priced and healthful. A bag of lab blocks lasts some months and is oftentimes the staggering source of perfect foodstuff (do not make the mistakes of feeding them purely people nutrition or purely moist nutrition). except for that the purely different price is bedding. Bedding, genuinely, can get extreme priced, yet there are quite some ideas round this, alongside with providing sheets instead of bedding, and replacing those another day (genuinely a large number of more beneficial experienced rat vendors with larger cages use a clutter tray that the rats flow poopie in, and then conceal each and every little thing else in textile). 50 funds will probable not be sufficient to purchase a huge sufficient cage, even for one rat. it will be, even if it would want to be merciless to shop in him in something so small for lengthy classes. about 80- one hundred funds will purchase you a suitable cage, and then the rat is like 10 funds, and the nutrition is yet another 10.

actually any dog will work for just about anyone-it just depends on how to train the dog. For an 11 yr old I would suggest getting a puppy so that as the dog gets older it will adjust and you can train it how you want it to act. Put it's probably not ideal to geta large dog like a German Shepard or Bulldog etc.

However when i was 9 i had German Shepard as a puppy and it was not wild

you can go to Dog Fancy.com and read about the breeds of dogs that are good with children and which ones require the most grooming, exercise, etc. From personal experience I know cocker spaniels are good with children, but they have to groomed often, and are very sensitive to loud noises. Try the Humane Society before you buy a pure bred there are many dogs that need a good home and are just as good.

Toy Poodle, or a Maltese. Both are small and make great cuddle buddies. Grooming for both, but nothing an 11 year wouldn't be able to handle- probably would enjoy because there would hair for bows and such.

Its the same as "what's the best dog for an adult to take care of."
Different dogs fit different personalities. Kids have a lot of things going on in their lives. Is this kid going to time to take care of a dog?

Try a stuffed animal. I believe you can get them at wal mart. They don't require food or water, you don't have to clean up after them and hey they don't bark. Honestly a 11 year old does not need an animal to take care of, you will me the one to end up doing everything for it. Think hard not fast. XOXO

A German Shepherd. They are loyal, easy to train, gentle, and caring dogs.

If you are looking for a small dog, I would recommend a dachsund. They are quick dogs that like to play, love attention, and can be trained easily.
