No he can not. At least not if he admits it. If he were to go to a recruiter they would just tell him to not say anything. But if he was caught lying to get into the Navy, that is a big no no...and he could get a bad chicken dinner (BCD-bad conduct discharge) or a dishonorable discharge.

As for the rest of bible quotes...that really doesnt pertain to the question asked. There are better ways to speak the Lords will ya know....you dont have to sneak it in like that.

Do you really think Jesus agrees with you being so deceptive?

No, he can not enlist in the Navy or any other branch of the Military. His disorder is something that he can not hide because it would be discovered immediately. He has to take an entrance examination, written, physical and medical. I am ex-Navy so I know he can't enlist. Jesus has already saved him because of his disorder he can not enlist nor can he be drafted therefore he will have to fight in a senseless war that none of us really understand, including our Politicians. The best thing you can do for your friend is continue to pray for him.

Putting aside the religious outpourings for a moment. No. He would never get past psychometric testing. Soldiers need to be fully functioning at all times.
