sweetie, be real. be truthful withyourself. this is begining stages of an eating disorder it sounds like. tackle it before it gets out of control! there are many clinics which are covered by many insurences. i know a good one in northern california. it's called summit. if you cant get in there because of the distance. if you simply google the name. find the number and call. you can get professional advice from them or any other eating disorder helpling. usually there is more of an underlining problem then just "feeling fat" you may not know it yet. but during counseling. i wont lie. its hard to go through and hard to deal with. you'll pulll away at first and sometimes you sink deeper and deeper into the disorder and it feels like its getting worse. but that's because the stress is building up and you wont something comforting to look to. you're eating disorder is kind of like your evil twin. its the little voice that says dont eat it, you'll get fatter then you allready are. you'll know you're getting better. when you can overcome this voice, and eat what is considered normal. its hard, i know from dealing with it myself. i also wont lie to you. it doesnt work for everyone. sometimes its out of control and you cant do anything about it. im 15 almost 16.i've been dealing with this since i was around 10-11 its hard dealing with my ed's. both anorexia and bulimia. this is serious business. clinics didnt help me. i wanted to get better. but the thing is. it doesnt always work. but it sounds like you're only in the begining stages and you have the knowledge to recognize that you might need help, and that's wonderful. i wish you the best of luck. if you need ANY help or just want someone to talk to. here's my email address, diamondeyes48@yahoo.com. good luck hun.

It means that you should be happy the way you are. Not eating isnt going to change your looks any better. Hard work, and better eating habbits will. Instead of eating that late night candy bar, eat a apple or something like that. Exercise, even if it is a little at a time. If you feel over rushed by to much exercise lower your self to less a day, till you feel you can push yourself farther. But dont exercise until you have had at least a glass of orange juice in your stomach, and always have some water handy just incase. You dont want to dehydrate. Always eat, you can't not eat ,otherwise it will become a problem. You must eat 3 course meals a day, or 6 small course meals aday to stay healthy. Exercise helps balance it, and keeps you in shape. Good luck!

If you go for a week and don't eat, your body develops lots of gas in the stomach consequently, when you do eat and food is not slowly introduced, you throw up. The solid food compresses the gas and you throw it up cuz it has no where to go. Do I think you need to get professional help?....Yeah. If you are over weight, then you need to put a plan in place that will help you safely reduce you weight in a healthy manner. What you are doing is not healthy. It also appears as if you have a self esteem problem and speaking with a professional may help you develop confidence and get to the root of the problem.

Yes you need help. First you are not fat, second you think you are. Third you don't eat for a week and you expect your body to accept food all at once. After a week of not eating your body tends to go into a survival syndrome. It then protects it's self by rejecting food that it feel it is not strong enough to digest.
Please talk to some one about your condition. You do need help and it has to be profession help. You are thinking of yourself in the wrong light. Only professional adult people can help you.
Good Luck

When I don't feel like eating at mealtimes, it means my blood sugar is too low. The recommendations from experts are that you should eat 3 regular meals a day and 3 snacks - one between each meal. You still don't have to eat high caloric meals (find a glycemic index and eat the low glycemic foods), but you do have to eat a well-rounded diet to get your vitamins and minerals.
Nausea and vomiting may also be a sign of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). For basic information on hypoglycemia, check out www.hufa.org.

By all means if you think you need help then that's your red flag.Do go get help . you are not the first to ask, remember that. Counseling also helps out if your problem is with self esteem issues. To prepare you on going to see someone talk to something in your home like a teddy bear and pretend its the doctor. This will help you be more comfortable and more open to getting treatment

You got to make a decision to stop it . It's a vicious cycle.
Princess Diana had this same problem.
You need a psychiatrist to deal with your emotional problem.

If it goes on you need to consult a doctor or tell a friend. If you get it under control you should still tell a friend for support.
