First make sure that she actually likes you too.
Get her alone (obviously).
Preferably, do it at night.
Don't say anything.
You may want to caress her cheek or gently lift her chin.
Then look into her eyes, lean in, close your eyes, and do it!

Well leave it to the moment when you are both all of a sudden stop talking and as you look into her eyes, lean down and gently kiss her on the lips...Wait for the reaction, if she joins in then just go for it with small kisses to start with then progress it by adding your tounge a little....
If she reacts as if where did that come from.....Just simply say, sorry I just had to do it...You look so beautiful I just had to kiss you. I am sure by this stage she will be ready for you to kiss her again...
