stop eating all carbs. eat only lean fish and chicken broiled or baked. and green and yellow veggies, raw as much as possible and tomatoes, and raw fruit. it should do it for you, exercise too. and drink at the very least ten glasses of water, all diet sodas and so on, remember no sugar and no more fat than you really need to .

count your calories. If you drink soda...cut it out of your diet completely. instead of eat 2000+ calories in a day cut it down to somewhere around 1200 to 1500 and you will lose at least a pound a week. Eat lots of fiber....green leafy, whole grains everything, at least about 4L water a day and try walking for 30 minutes each day. There are ways to help be more active such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking your car further away from the entrances rather than wasting gas searching for the closest one. Remember that it takes 20 minutes for your brain to process that you are full. So each in smaller portions and if you're not going to be eating for four hours, grab a snack...like carrots, celery, apples, etc. I hope I've helped. Goodluck.

well first of all do you have any pets ?
anyway, you can go out to the park and just walk every morning. exercise especially in the morning beacuse thats the time where yo u burn the most calories. also, drink water before and after you eat to make you feel full. For 3 days straight try to avoid all foods such as sweetes and dont drink soda's. Make sure you DONT weight yourself everyday, though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, i have a lot more advice but if you want it you can email me or IM so I wont write everything here and take up all your time

Yeah, eat right. It is easy to lose 2 pounds safely a week (if you are that overweight to begin with).
Water and fruit, don't eat past 6pm, go for a walk after eating, it's really quite simple.
Make sure your portions are small...whatever you are eating now, eat less of it each time. Those calories kill you!
If you like to eat two sandwiches, cut that to one. Use smaller serving dishes...stay away from fast food, soda, sugar, etc.
It's not rocket science. You could probably figure all that out on your own.

Cut out all the bad carbs, sweets, most fats and drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise, either walk or get a Tae-bo Tape
and get it on.
The best thing to do, write down everything you eat, it helps
keeping you aware of what you eat. Don't go under 1200 calories otherwise your body thinks there's a famine coming and your metabolism slows down.

September 26th? That's my birthday!!
Best thing you can do is to limit what and how much you eat. Read the nutrition info for the foods you consume, and do a lot of exercises such as running or even walking. Good luck!

This has quickest way. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. get in the water. swim as much as u can, & do water arobics. drink lots of water. stay away frm pop. it has 7 teaspoons of sugar in a 8 oz. glass! omg when i saw that, i fliped! i love pop. theres also a diet pill u can get frm ur doc. its not 1 that 'speeds' u up. what it does, is take all the fat u eat, and, when u go 2 the bathroom, u can c the grease in ur bowel movements. but its expensive, but it works.,i was on it 4 a yr. and lost 50 lbs. i wasnt in a hurry. its called xenical,pronunced zenical. good luck, and remember, water is the key.
