I'm 5'10 and my husband is about 5'7-8ish. I didn't realy notice he was shorter than me when we were first dating because he is so sweet to me. I had two boyfriendsw in high school that were shorter than me I did have to bend down to kiss one of them. Just ask him if he would be interested in going out for coffee or bowling, somthing not too romantic at first. Hey the worst he can do is say no, I had a huge crush on a guy in high school that was "popular" and would ask him to dances when I didn't have a boyfriend. He wasn't interested, no big deal.Don't let the fear of a negative outcome, hold you back from what you want. =)
