this sunday i am going to see this girl and i am planning to walk her home because the time she goes home it will be really dark and dangerous..now i am planning to tell her that i like her and i want to go out with her..now should i kiss her after i tell her (should i get close to her and kiss?) or i should kiss her in other time i see her?

America claims to be the most open and liberal country in the world, yet we are the most repressed and prudish country in fact. There's a stigma on everything that could be remotely considered sexual, kissing included. And we live in a largely homophobic society. Straight men can't kiss each other in greeting. Hugging is extremely restricted. To do otherwise, under most circumstances, is a sentence to be shamed and be accused of closeted homosexuality. And the women follow suit because they want to attract men, not scare them off should they have thoughts that are different. The way our society works is very sad. Why can't male relatives or men who are very close friends hug or kiss affectionately in greeting? I look at the culture of other countries around the world and this male-to-male affection is common. I think the US could take some lessons from those countries. And yes, this woman would happily date a man who has kissed other men.

A women will give you many signs if she wants you to kiss her.
1. She keeps a long stare into your eyes over n over.
2. She keeps getting real quite almost as if she is wating for you do do something.

Since this is the first time you are breaking the "I like you" news I say you play it safe and go for the kiss on the cheek. Its sweet without being too much. It also leaves her wanting more.
