Yes it is possible to purchase a third row seat for the Expedition. If all the slots and bolt holes are there instalation should be pretty easy. I have seen a LOT of third row seats on eBay (a lot of folks don't like them). The fast oil leak is a much bigger problem. Depends on where the leak is located, front, back, leftside or right side of the engine. If it is near the back side it is likely the rear main seal (bad news) or a stripped out pan drain plug (good news....had this happen to me at one of those quicky lube places). Front left could be a bad install of the oil filter. Could be lots of other stuff too, but those are pretty common. Shocks are an easy fix, probably less than $200 at any shop.

I would worry about the oil leak before I worry about another seat. It depends on where it is leaking from to determine the cost for repair. The squeaky noise is probably either a ball joint or a bushing in the suspension. If the shocks are bad this could result in a loss of control if the vehicle bounces too much...I would have it looked at...again before you decide to add more passengers to your ride.

At the minimum you should take the car to a trusted mechanic or dealership and get an inspection for these problems.

if the fasteners for the seat are already in place and there are seat belt hook ups also, it can be installed. the seat sits against the floor, has no legs, the noise you hear in the front end are the rubber bushing that have shrunk and worn, may also have some rust build up where they make contact with metal, use a rubber silicone base lubricator to temporarily fix the noise, sooner or later they will have to be changed. as far as the oil leak, there are several places it may be coming from, valve cover, front seal, rear seal, oil pan, oil filter loose, oil drain plug loose. shocks are bad, they are really not that hard to replace if you have the proper tools
