How often should I use a leave in conditioner, I don't want to use it so much that it dampens my hair. Would it be okay to use it daily?

You can use it every time you wash. It is good for helping curly hair because it can help keep down the frizz. Or I use it on people with very damaged hair for extra protection. It would have to be very heavy conditioner for it to weigh down your hair. Typically leave in is not that heavy.

Dont worry, your hair wont dampen from using the conditioner. Use it everytime after you shampoo and leave in for about 5mins then rinse. If your hair is over dry and damaged you should get a hot oil treatment or even try hair mayonaise.

depending on the type of leave-in conditioner it is, u can use it daily, but i recommend only using it after u wash your hair. like twice or once a week, cuz it will start to leave a build-up and your hair won't b shiny.

They have different types for different types of have, i would conult ur barber or stylist to find out which products work best for ur hair type, they are supposed to be "the pros".

no way i say only use it after you perm your hair it should remain soft for a month after that use it only whenever you wash your hair
