You need to get checked out by a doctor, but it could be any number of things.
A simple one is too much exercise. That can stop a period.
Another one might be if you're in premature menopause. Another could be extreme stress. Another one could be a medical condition that needs attention (which is why you need to get checked out). I'm not sure, but I think ectopic pregnancies may not always get a positive pregnancy test (again, I'm not sure; but I think I may have heard that from my own obsetrician when I had some problems a long time ago). There are any number of things (maybe nutritional deficiency) that can stop a period as well. If you're in your mid- to late-thirties you could be in a "pre-menopausal" stage, which would mean you have lower levels of hormones and could more easily be "pushed over the brink" into a stopped period by some of the above (or anything else).
You really do need to get it checked right away. Seeing a doctor is probably not quite so urgent if you're of menopause age, but even then you should go.

Any suddenly serious exercising would do the trick - a friend of mine runs cross-country - that means 4-9 miles a day - and she's maybe gotten her period 4 times a year. Her doctor said that she just had higher testosterone levels. Weight also plays in accordance as well. Seeing a doctor would be a good idea.

Presuming you are not pregnant, there are a number of reasons your period could be irregular. These include:
- being over or underweight
- poli-cystic ovarian syndrome
- premature menopause
- thyroid dysfunction
There are many others. You don't say how old you are, which could skew the situation one way or another. At this point, I would suggest you see a doctor and get some basic bloodwork done to see what's going on with you hormonally.
Good luck!

You need to see your physician so he can evalute the problem, but your age, high levels of stress, eating disorders, excessive exercise and possible hormonal imbalance could be at cause. Obviously on the extreme end would be cancers but only your Doctor can diagnose that. Some simple bloodtests can determine if there are any underlying health problems.

Are these store tests, or tests at the doctor's office? If store tests, then you're probably pregnant and you need to go have the doctor test you. If doctor's tests, then he should being doing additional tests to find out what the problem is.

Your well being care service needs you to flow for yet another try because tests could have pretend negatives, exceptionally early contained in the being pregnant. it really is time to scare the cr*p out of your boyfriend. have you ever advised him you'd be pregnant? commence choosing out names with him. Make it actual! He will be this way of thoughtless men who thinks this is not his situation because you could purely terminate the being pregnant. Scare him that you received't (even with if this is what you'll do). when you're previous sufficient to have sex, then you truthfully are mature sufficient to take responsibility for it, precise? you could not have one with out the different. no extra sex till you get this found out. both get condoms, every time, or get on birth control pills. good success! attempt now to not rigidity too a lot because a lot of issues can make your era late. yet this is a awaken call.

Have you been dieting or working out hard? Women need a certain percentage of body fat to maintain their hormonal balance. Athletes in training often lose their periods too. See your doc to find out exactly what's going on...
