Xena's translation is correct, but it's "você" like you wrote (without the S), not "vocês".
You say "você" (=you) to one person and "vocês" to two or more people.
It means "I'm falling in love with you".

It is a strange mis-mash i think meaning 'I am (currently) falling in love with you' or 'I've fallen in love with you'.
The Portuguese would tend to say 'estou namorado/a com voce', or possible use the 'tu' form for familarity.
PS - i can't use accents on this computer - i know how to spell 'voce'!

It's "vocês" not "voce".
Eu estou caindo no amor com vocês = I am falling in love with you.
