Closed captioning, really helps to enjoy all the animal programs.

I just turned my tv to Animal Planet and turned the mute on. Closed captioning came up on my tv. It was one of those Animal Cops shows.

Hey, I'm hearing impaired too. I know how you feel, it sucks. I think there's a certain laws that says the TV station has to close caption at least a certain percentage...maybe the Animal planet channel is taking advantage of that. I also know that CC is very expensive, they may be doing budget cuts so they'll be able to keep certain shows running.

I would email them or write a letter, that's messed up
