its ok to make the 1st move dear, it goes both ways. if u think u dont wanna make the 1st move due to peer pressure, then try giving him subtle signs or be more open to him, give him the space to move towards u. also if he is the shy sort, which i think he is, then dont play so hard to get or he will blush and say gdbye before u say sorry
