I know for the most part, some people have been sociologically trained to only date people like them, but come on...why is it such a major thing between people. You could possibly miss out on something great because a guy or girl isn't the same "color" as you are! (And don't tell me people aren't hung up on it, still in 2006, just look at these questions...)

Some people have been raised by STUPID IGNORANT PEOPLE! that's not your fault sweetie. Ive got a mixed kid and I went through that in a much worse time 90's than you! You don't want to be with anyone that has ignorant parents or friends, let alone if they feel that way themselves. Don't sweat ASSES like that!

I for one don't have a problem with it. I've been seeing black men for about 14 yrs now. My last husband was black. I love to see mixed couples. People should look past skin color because we all have the same needs.

think it has got somethin to do with the same reason why people are racist towards other people who are not like them, tradition or somethin, maybe brought foward through the ages from parents to children and so on and so forth

im white and only dated black men its the only thing that turns me onbeen with the same one now for 14 years but had like many in the past,no other race does it for me though since i was first likin boys (11) now 28 its all about wat u like and thats mine,
