I like this guy I see him where he works and I know he likes me and he knows I like him. He has speech problems so he doesn't talk unless he has to. We say hi to eachother but what is a good conversation starter.

Smile at him like not all cheesy but slightly like you are saying I think you are nice and cute then look at him alot and then smile. Flirt by touching him on his hand or shoulder not alot but enough to get his attention you can tell if you got his attention if you catch him staring at you or talking about you to other people or if he starts touching you back

You can always ask him to go with you to a nearby ice cream parlour. That could break the ice between you two. Be smart and go at the end of the month so that you don't neccessarily have to pay. But be prepared just in case!

well you can start out by asking him easy this whats his favorite song whats his favorite singer, movie, food etc. stuff like that after talkin a while u can ask him if he like to go hang out at where ever u do if he says yea say wanna hang out sometime??
