Please help, I need help. I was thinking of organizing a "walk night" where people in the community go out and walk within the community.

ANOTHER angle to present for your Senior thesis is a more RESEARCH-type of [REPORT.]
This ^ would involve your background-researching and investigative skills.
You could apply either perspective (pro / con) as to the "efficiency" of such a program in your area (plan / development / follow-through) including the Legal-issues of such a plan.

Perhaps you could look at how physical fitness guidelines has changed in public education, or media perceptions of staying fit. Try thinking about what you're interested in and what kind of theories you might have about trends and social phenomena.
