Forget what your friends say, no one likes them. Dont pass up a good thing( if your really interested in him), you may never find someone like him again.

What you feel in your heart is yours. Screw what others think! It is awkward for anyone to make a move, man or woman, but dig this. I have found out that I actually do not mind a woman making the first move. I can count a few girls I know from highschool days who I have a special place in my heart for forever. Some of them I have held no 'romantic' feelings for, but they all made me feel good about myself, because, in their own discrete ways, they made a first move. It is just nice people being honest, and gosh, they actually liked ME. What's so bad about that?

Just ask him out. It's 2006 it's ok for a girl to ask a guy out especially if you know the guy likes you too.

Sarah--if they guy is too scared to ask you out, he's not much of a man yet. Get on with other things and maybe after he matures ya'll we see each other. I have never understood why girls dream about boys. Men are much better.

i really like this guy and i know he likes me but he wont ask me out because he's afraid i'll turn him down, well sounds like neither one knows for sure.I think both of you need to grow up and move on.

This is a dumb rule. Girls should ask guys out if they feel that connection. I say, go ask him out, he will probably thank you for making the first move. That will push away his shyness toward you.

It's perfectly alright for you to ask him out. In fact, I think guys kinda like it if a girl is not afraid to ask them out. It just shows that you have confidence :) Guys like that!!!

It's the 21st century, and yes, you CAN ask him out. Don't listen to your friends if they're not up-to-speed. :P
...and make sure he knows that you like him. If you don't want to ask him out, just tell him that you like him. Then he should feel free to make the move. He'll know you won't reject him, so it won't be as nerve-racking for him!

Well, if you want him, ask him out. If you decide to not make the move than give him signals. I think you should make the move if you want though.

just ask him out girls never use to make the move but they can theres no rule about it. if hes scared then ask him out
