The Bible is a compilation.

If you found an original cover page for one of the letters, then you'd probably get some kind of formal address to some church, minister or preacher.

Or maybe it'd be an elaborate cover page for a person of royalty to inspect and read.

Chances are highest that the original papers were not all that fancy when they were first written as notes from God, and you can probably find them in the Vatican somewhere if you look hard enough.

Hello, there is NO cover page for a Bible. The Bible was not complied until nearly 300 years after the death of Christ. No one that wrote it 'originally' ever thought there would even be a Bible.
