i have a sister who is 1 year younger then me.in 2004 i was living with a guy and he got me pregnant.we went to visit my sister and i left my boyfriend with her.there was a snow storm so i got caught in it.i was stranded at a friends house for 3 days.while gone apperently my sister and boyfriend hooked up.i had a car i had bought but i put it in my boyfriends name cuz i didnt have my license.my boyfriend reported the car stolen.so i set up a time with the cops to have my boyfriend come get the car.so my sis shows up callin me names and she pushed me"dont foget im 5 months pregnant" so i punch her.well guess who goes to jail.me. while im in jail my by then ex and sis steal everything i own.i say my sis is wrong but my sis who just recently left this guy tells my mom i need to apologize.by the way she didnt want him to see his daughter and they would always send me emails threatening to get me in court so they could take her.he still has never seen her.so anyways whos right me orher?

Well the definition of sister is this:
A girl or woman who shares a common ancestry, allegiance, character, or purpose with another.
and although you share BLOOD, your "sister" obviously doesn't know the meaning of that word! she has shown NO allegiance, or character in her actions, and her purpose has only been to hurt you.
if i were you i would distance my self from her, AND any other family members that side with her. You have a daughter to think about now. you don't want her growing up in all that mess do you?
Change your number, move, and DON'T let anyone that knows you AND your sister how to find you. this "sister" is damaged. and her influence can only harm your child. i would keep your daughter FAR from your sister. as for the father...sue him for child support, and have the money wired OUT OF HIS PAYCHECK to a savings account, so he can't track you down.
he doesn't sound like he is interested in being a daddy, and your daughter is better off not knowing the heartlessness of his actions.
if you continue to get hateful or threatening emails..print them out! keep a journal of EVERYTHING they do or say. then file harassment charges. and file for a protective order so that your sis can't come near you or your child. (same goes for the ex).
PS. saw your daughter on your 360..she is an absolute DOLL! your ex is an idiot! he has such a beautiful daughter and chooses to be a loser! how sad and selfish of him.

I think ur the 1 dat is right. im srry but ur sister is , never mind. But u should report ur ex for not paying child support and threatening u for ur daughter. Ur ex does not have a right to take ur child away if he hasnt seen the poor kid. And talk to ur sister dont be letting her get her way just bcuz shes 1 yr. younger. She has no right, remember that. U didnt do anything u defended ur self. And if they keep threatening u with emails just print them out and sue them for threatening

If the story is as you write it here, your sister should apologize to you.
But something more. We choose our lives, do you really want to live a life llike you see on Jerry Springer and other low life talk shows?
Choose a higher path, be a moral, responsible young woman. Stay away from people who will drag you down. Your child deserves better and you can do better.

You! Get the court on him for not paying child support nor
visiting your child first. As for your sister confront her and never
stand down. If you have to(if it hasn't already been done) reveal
all the dirt about your sister to your parents.

I hope you already have a child support hearing scheduled. & print every email they send for proof of harrassment.
You should expect no kind of sisterly love from this person! Do not allow her to influence your life any further!
As your mother she should not take sides, but give her honest opinion to each of you.
