You go to the court house and buy a marriage license, usually $25 or so. This has to be within a certain number of days of your planned wedding. Then you can go back to the court house and get married by a justice of the peace, or you can find a minister to marry you. Most Methodist churches will pretty much marry anybody who asks them to. If you are same sex as the person you want to marry, then you have to find one of the few states that allows it. Good luck.
