On the internet, I once read that telling a guy "I have something to tell you. Uh...nevermind" could lead him to thinking something completely different than what you meant. What would it most likely had led him to thinking?

You never can know. Love and life should be about suprises not what people think that a guy might be thinking. it really is imposible to know what someone is thinking. this is why love makes us nervous and question.

it depends on the guy. if it's a horny guy, then he might think that you wanted to tell him that you wanted to have sex. if it's a guy who's a virgin, then he might think you want to break up with him.
