For all you morons who know nothing about biblical history. The word Virgin was an addition put in the bible. In the very early writings Mary was not called a virgin. So probably was not. Sorry to burst so many bubbles. I am a christian and a believer but some parts of written history have been changed. The bible as we know it today is not in original form.

Yes. Breaking of a hymen does not constitute loss of virginity in the philosophic sense.
Breaking of a hymen is just breaking of a hymen.
The question is about as meaningful as: "If your little sister broke her hymen after she fell of her bicycle, can she ride my horse?"
