In the words of Destiny...a Priestess
Pagans are people who don't fall into the categories of the mainstream religions. We believe we have a mother and a father. Such as Wiccans and American Indians. There are others but I am having a brain fry now cause I"m in a hurry. We worship the earth and the seasons of the year. The mother and the father are our symbols of the One true creator, as a Christians is God. Wiccans can be Witches but not all Witches are Wiccans. Wiccans are Pagans, but Witches are usually Pagans but not always. Have I confused you real good? Tommorrow, go outside look at the trees, the earth, the animals, The Father Sun feel the peace and tranquility and the love. There, you have been Pagan for a moment. Look at the Mother Moon in wonder, the nighttime sounds and sights. There, you have been Pagan for a Moment. Bright Blessings to You

Not all Wiccans practice witchcraft or magick. However, some do.
Wicca: In general, Wicca reveres a High Power. God & Goddess. They believe that They (God & Goddess-The ALL) created everything that is in the Earth & Metaphysical Folks (Witches, Mystics, Wiccans, Mages, Magis) respect all things of the Earth & of the Divine as well.
Wiccans observe the seasons and work in harmony with nature. Most Wiccans practice a form of magick or of the Craft. But some do not.
The Craft: Is the practice of manipulating energy forms, the elements, imagery, & calling upon Divine & Spiritual Forces, to cause change.
There are alot of catalyst that can be used in magick, they are: Candles, Incense, Holy Water, Cakes & Wine, Herbs, Stones, Wands, and a host of others. These things are only tools used to help a practitioners focus their emotions, energy & will to bring about change. However, it is the MIND that causes the change.
Science has proven this. "Mind -over-Matter". And some religions back this up as well. "And it shall be done for you, according to your faith".
So it is belief that makes these things work for the believer. It takes FAITH in all religions.

Witchcraft is the craft of a Witch as Woodcraft is the craft of a Carpenter or Stonecraft the work of a mason. It is the skill or art of using the remarkable properties of things found in nature to bring about change in the world.
Wicca is a nature-based religion that uses witchcraft in many of it's rituals.

Yes, there is. Witchcraft is the practice of magic using various techniques including folk magic, herblore, and other literally thousands of different sorts of magic techniques. It's a term that encompasses a wide range of traditions where the practice of magic plays a key role. Witchcraft doesn't have to have anything to do with religion or spirituality either.
Wicca is a religion that reveres nature. They worship a God and a Goddess and celebrate the cycles of the seasons. Although some Wiccans are Witches, not all of them are. And certainly not all Witches are Wiccan. I'm a Witch and I'm not Wiccan.

Witchcraft is the belief that one can put spells/curses on others and Wicca is what Fozzie Bear used to say in the first Muppet movie, "Wicca! Wicca! Wicca!"
Oh wait...he said, "Wocca! Wocca! Wocca!"
Well, probably meant the same as well...

This is a very good website, and should answer your question. http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
I do feel compelled to mention that historically speaking ,what was called 'Witchcraft' is know by it's more modern term today: Medicine. Most 'Witches' were healers and skilled in herbology which is the medieval equivalent of modern medicine.
