ok, how do i come out to my parents?

Just sit them down, and tell them really quick...like a bandaid. Then, give them time to adjust and figure out their thoughts and feelings. Don't expect them to be okay with this new info right away...give them time. Besides, if they were really paying attention, they should already know.

You wait until you have plenty of uninterrupted time. Then tell them you've agonized for a while how to tell them that you're gay. Explain that you're still the same person with the same goals and ideals. The only thing different is who you're attracted to. Tell them how long you've know. Give them as much info as possible. Then let them digest it. Make sure you have a support person in case it's not good. Good Luck to you.

That depends on the type of parents you have. Are they accepting? Have they voiced their opinions about this in the past?
This is something that you have to decide for yourself based on how their attitudes are about it.

coming out means telling whats inside you telling them that this is you and that you love them and nothing is going to change you and the person that you are
