I indulge in popcorn and chips around the midnight hour, and my phuc, do I feel like a shiite in the morning. I'm talking about the munchies, by the way (hint, hint)!

You could drop the popcorn and chips and go for a piece of fruit and some cheese or some peanut butter crackers or sandwich. These items are not as much fiber as the popcorn and they don't have any grease.

Maybe a small bowl of rice krispies and 1/2 a banana.

Just don't eat anything really heavy. Keep it light of if that doesn't help then try not to eat atleast 2-3 hours before bed.

chocolate milk is awesome! It fills u up hence no munchy munchy and it's healthy the milk i mean,lol.Milk can also sooth a stomach.
