At this point, I would not trust it to anyone other than a licensed professional. You are worth it.

You definitely want to cut the dried/fried ends off. If this is too drastic, I suggest getting a trim. You want to incorporate moisturizing treatments for your hair, without making it too dry. I have two options for you, one which is a bit more costly (but works realllllly good) or another option which is less costly but works just as well.
Less Costly:
Dove Advanced Care Therapy Shampoo, Conditioner, and Repairing Treatment (You use the treatment 3 times a week)
More Costly (but awesome):
Ojon haircare Ultra Hydrating Shampoo, Conditioner and Oil treatment (use the treatment 2x a week) - QVC has a great deal on this product.
I've included links which will provide some more insight to you on these products - but you will want to use these products for a while, the results do take some time on your hair. I suggest in the meantime using the Dove option - as it is more readily available. But you WILL need regular trims. Every 6-8 weeks after your first big trim is fine for maintenance.
Good luck! I'm sure everything will be fine

do reconstructive packs once a week at first than after a while you can spread it out two weeks and than once a month no less.Do not ever use hot oils .After you showering put a packet in with a plastic cap or saran wrap leave it on for 45 minites the back wount say that put ignore that. You can get a packet for around $2. at a public beauty supply .Get a trim that will help the frizzy ends alot too.

to bring it back to life you must let the fried part grow out and cut it off if you color it any more and it is already fried it will break off and fall out you could loose your hair completely i go to school to do hair i seen it and the only thing to do is leave it the way it is and let it grow you dont have to let it grow until its long enough to cut your hair grows an inch every two months just keep cutting till its all gone trust me it will fix your hair it just takes time.

have a few inches cut off and then do a deep conditioning treatment once a week.. also use a leave in conditioner or hair serum daily
continue getting 1/2 inch trimmed off every 5 weeks until it is healthy again.. then switch to smaller, less frequent trims
i hope this helps!

Use Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Humectress Conditioner. Get your hair trimmed often. Stop using blowdryers, curling irons, gel, and hairspray. It will come back, you'll just need to be patient and wear it in a bun or ponytail or braid for a while.

I did the same thing and I cut off my hair I lost at least 9iches. But it was the only thing to make my hair healthy. Plus I use the Kenra products & the Potion 9 (Sebastian). These are expensive but they work really good. Then if you want to color again your hair will be healthy. Go to a Professional , they know what they are doing. My sister is, and she is the one who gets me my products & she is super healthy hair that is colored. Products, Products ,Products.

trim it faithfully EVERY month, and use a really good shampoo and conditioner. i recommend Mane n Tail. Its awesome. and no, you wont lose all your hair trimming it so much, you will have gorgeous hair, and it will actually grow faster. lightening your hair is very damaging, but dying it a darker color is better, makes it more shiny and soft. i have been dying my hair dark brown for years, and just by keeping it trimmed and using good products, i have great hair

Yeah. You can CUT it.
Seriously. Just chop it all off. Its really going to be easier than using a ton of products for years. Just keep it trimmed monthly, while you grow it back out, and dont forget a monthly trim, even once its longer again.

your hair cant possibly be worst than mine. My hair is curly , then i straightened it, and it only went half curly after that. then after straightening it so long, it began to fall out, now i have less hair and it is not even curly. I feel weird leaving it down cuz i think everyone will stare. Just leave your hair alone and cut the ends every 2 week(so they say) and be patient

Sounds to me like you need a good trimming and a hot oil treatment. Hot oil treatments help revitalize the hair and replenish it. Once you get one you'll be surprised how much better your hair will look.
