She was drunk at a party and I took advantage of her and took her to my dorm and did her then I find out she is my step sister who lost alot of weight got a boob job and all this other stuff and dyed her hair blonde! I have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!

Wow... Kidding aside, yes, it is TOTALLY embarrassing. If she knows and you know then all you can say is Oops, try to laugh about it, and stay friends and be "objective" about it. Now, if you guys are still attracted to eachother, then I would distance yourself and get a bit of counseling. That will be wierd if you are both going home for holidays. It isn't illegal, but it is just wierd. There was a movie in the 80's about this sort of thing, where they got into a relationship and so forth... an interesting study.
Don't try to deny the feelings of embarrassment between you two, or it might make you want each other more, or other stuff. Own up to it and do the best you can. it is all you can do. Also, DON'T tell the parents. They will freak out and act irrationally most likely.

Technically there's nothing wrong or no law against ******* the **** out of your step mom. She is technically not related to you in anyway. Just think, when your dad divorces her, she will end up just some random girl on the street that you can **** anyway. I ****** the **** out of my stepmother when her and my dad got divorced. We could have done it while her and my dad was married but we waited out of respect for my dad. She told me she wanted me for a long time but didn't know how to tell me. When her and my dad was married, we would go out together and people actuay asked if my step mom was my wife. It was crazy. It was wayyy easier for her when she divorced my dad to tell me how she felt all that time.

dude, it aint no thin, i used to work with a girl whose mom and dad were step brother and step sister. as long as it isnt a blood relative, no harm done, especially if you are both of age.
