I don't think you can search for love and find it. It'll find you. But at the same time you can't just sit on ur butt and expect it to find you. Put yourself out there, meet new people, and be open to the possibilities, and one day you'll find love, or it'll find you.

You have to do both. In other words, relax and have fun, go out with friends and be open to meeting new people. Don't go out looking for "the one" but be out so that you are there if he is. Sitting on your butt at home isn't going to make love happen and it's boring too.

Sometimes it can be a challenge to know the difference. The wise thing to do is to be friendly with as many people of the opposite sex as you can. Its almost like running for public office- The more people who you get to know will be more people who will "vote" for you. If you cant find a mate through the people you meet, you will certainly get referrals from their friends. So by all means dont sit on you butt.. but persue people for friendship first and then eventually love will find you.

There are positives to both! Some guys like for girls to make the move it makes them feel really good when you show interest. However, if you just relax the right guy will find you. I found my husband at the video store. I went in there for four years to get movies just because of him, and finally we went out. He was in college and working part time there, but I made sure I went in everytime he was working. Ether way when it is meant to be it will happen.

Don't just sit on your butt and at the same time don't worry about finding someone. Get involved in things you like to do and you will be surprised at the number of people you will meet that have your same likes.

It is much better to let love happen. Going after it gives you a purpose to love. And God loves us just because He is love. I let love just happen, but it was with someone I knew I couldn't have. But in the end true love came along and it happen again. It is much better when you can be yourself and someone comes along who will love you for who you are. Just let it happen. Also sometimes we look for love in all the wrong places.

There is a middle ground. Live your life- don't sit at home and hope and pray. Go out, have fun, do things. Meet people. Don't expect every man you like to be your next love, but it will happen to you when you arent looking for it.

Actually i think you should just let it come to you since you dont know where you might find it.you should go out and meet different people and then out of nowhere it will be there. or even having friends one of them might be your true love.
