don't smother him.

it depends how old you are

you should not be thinking about living together after only 9 months

Is it normal if your bf is working in a highly stressful or competitive environment. Is he a workaholic? It could be he is stressful and he just have nothing else in mind at that time but only think aboyt work. It's true, if he is keeping things to himself and not sharing with you, it won't be healthy to the relationship in the long run. As one of the important components in a relationship is COMMUNICATION. I don't doubt his love for you, but love is just ONE part of a relationship what about the rest?

Got what I mean, see if you could get into his world for him to share with you. Else you might want to consider if you want to go further into any committment with him.

It's alright to ask him if he's alright when things don't seem right. But what's more important is to let him know you're there for him. Let him know that if he needs someone to talk to or just need someone to hold him, you'll be there. If feel that something is truly bothering him let him know you love him and want to help.

Give each other some space just because your in a relationship doesn't mean that you don't have to have a life of your own.

Men don't like to talk about things that are bothering them. It doesn't mean it has anything to do with you...

Let him be, if he needs you, he will let you know...don't keep bothering him...you will just annoy him.

I am a 43 year old woman and married...I have life experience.

It's really normal. Girls want to figure out what we are thinking every second. I would say don't worry too much about it. Instead really focus on giving him his space and being laid back and cool.

You need to get off this guys case......I don't see much future in this relationship. You are trying to smother him. Perhaps he is a manic depressive. Stop calling him, bugging him, nagging him and try to figure out your own behavior!

Well guys usually say stuff like that if they want something. But the fact that he is not open with you is he must be hiding something. You deserve someone better like me!

Sorry to be blunt, but it sounds like this relationship is doomed. Even though he says he loves you he sounds kind of disinterested. Be careful.

maybe he's a depressive? no it is not normal I would get out having a relationship with a depressant drives you nuts cause they get depressed over stupid little stuff and they're whiners. unless you get them on medicine then there a little better.
