I guess this is one you will have to play by ear. Just be sure that this ACCIDENT doesn't happen again. Be sure you explain it to her that this can't happen again,(unless the parents divorce in this case we will see you on Springer)

you don't accidentally have sex, oops she tripped and fell on my penis, don't be ridiculous. you should tell your family and seek counciling cuz your going to feel a lot of shame and guilt for doing something so taboo. And your relationship with her will probably never be normal.

Well, which is it? Did you accidentally have sex with her or did she accidentally have sex with you? If it was her accident and not yours, then you can't feel badly, after all it wasn't your fault.

If she is "of age" and it was consentual....then you have nothing to worry about. No legal incest there....biblically I believe there may be something wrong with it (beyond the premarital sex thing).
