It will go to the collectors and believe me, it won't be pretty. They can take your house, your car, your furniture, anything that has a price value. It will go on your permanent record and in the future, it'll be hard for you to get a loan....better find a job and pay NOW!!!

In the current cash advance market your best choice is https://vk.cc/3tWn6D the reason I say this is because things are always changing. After the 2008 financial meltdown. Underwriting rules have been changing and they continue to make small changes all the time. It really doesn't matter if you have perfect credit or bad credit there are options for just about any situation these days. With that said its going to be impossible to answer your question.
My recommendation is grab a quote from my previously mentioned place. You'll be able to see different kinds of programs and rates available for your personal financial profile. Not matter if its an emergency, vacation, or for private reasons; just about any situation is considered. No matter the credit or current job situation. Just let them know what you got and see whats possible from a top provider in the industry today.

If they have deposited your check, and it was returned nsf, the state attorneys office is hesitant to prosecute as a bad check because the cash advance place knew the check would not clear at the point in time they took it. What the cash advance place can do is send it to a collection agency, which will increase the amount owed and subject you to endless harassment. It's in your best interest to pay it and be done with the company.

I recieved a loan from Amscot and in the same week lost my job. Of course then my first thought wasn't to go pay them right back rather than handling house hold bills. It took me a few years to find a good job and then I called Amscot. Almost four years they did not send me to collects, the amount of which I owed did not increase and I was able to walk in and just pay them as if I had been on time!

In Wisconsin, the banks have a non-withdrawal law that prevents cash advance places from just going into your account to retrieve the money. If you wrote a check for the advance, they will cash it. If they do not hear from you in three days, your check will bounce...and you will be libel for the fees. If they can't get money from the bank, they will turn it over to a collection agency, and you will get bad credit.

They will get a court order to make you pay it and then they will tag onto your paycheck and then you will be short that amount until it is paid back. Pay them and don't use cash advance again.

If it was a cash advance against your next paycheck they will probably just wait until you get paid again and take it out of your next check.
