It's easy to see the young ages of those answering your questions.
It's not whether getting drunk is unhealthy, it's what can happen while you are drunk that is an issue. is it okay to risk what you are risking while being drunk? Is it okay to risk unintentionally heading down a road to alcoholism?
You would never have any regrets from staying sober. No DUIs, no one night stands with women you wouldn't date otherwise, (to include risk of stds, unwanted pregnancies, unwelcome accusations of date rape, the list goes on), no hangovers. No one ever intends for the problems to occur, but the alcohol is the catalyst to a litany of problems, some of which can be life altering. Reputation altering is bad enough.
What's your legacy? The real indicator of someone who is old enough to drink is someone who is mature enough not to have to.
The real heros aren't the guys who can do the most shooters. The real heros are the friends who make sure those guys don't drive, and get home safe.
Real men know that a drunk woman needs to be respected, even though she doesn't respect herself. A sober man can do that.
Alcohol may remove inhibitions, but it also removes any class or responsibility.
If you never "binge" drink in your life, you're a better person for it.
Go have a cup of coffee, and decide what sort of man you will be.

How about having an occasional drink, when you feel like it. once a week, twice, once every other week, 3 times a month. I mean you get my drift. Whenever the mood hits you. When you live alone and no one to talk to, care about, whatever, what difference does it make. Loneliness makes people do things that they don't ordinarily do sometimes. Alcohol is not a prelude to alcoholism for everyone. I'd never be one of those, if I drank everyday forever. It's not chemically in me...Maybe I should start doing that for something to do, maybe somebody might stop by and find me on the floor, who gives a rats as-s.........it's really great when you're on anti-depressants too.....

Once a week if you are a young partier (say 18-28, 21-28 if you have to be all legal or something), and less than twice a month if you are older or have responsibilities like kids.

It probably depends on how much self-control you maintain when you're drunk. If you ever wake up the next morning and don't remember how you spent the last three hours of the previous night, or where you are, or what year it is, then I'd say it's better to stay sober.
If you ever lose complete control like that, you never know what life-impacting decision you might make.

Its is a sturdy subject unquestionably. yet attempt to no longer make it a habit. Your physique will straight away make extra proof against beer after the 1st day ingesting. it relatively is going to alleviate the stress for a time being yet won't remedy it. is a sturdy subject have your strategies relax each and every now and then.

It's never healthy to get drunk. You're doing damage to your body putting in chemicals that are natural.

alcohol is only healthy in moderation. the problem is inhibitions and common sense are quickly lost when consuming it. some people just shouldn't drink.
