No, the phrase itself in English was popularized by the movie. Obviously, though "hasta la vista" is a Spanish idiom meaning "see you later." It wasn't used widely in English before the movie came out, and the "baby" part was definitely added by the movie.

Technically it is Spanish, though it is gramatically incorrect. I think that it would have been corrected before it was glorified, so I'd say that the answer is no.
