I have someone that I care about but he is playing the hard role, how can I break him?

First lose the "break him" business from your mindset and your vocabulary. Most guys would run around the globe twice barefooted to avoid someone with those intentions. But if you genuinely let him know you care for him, but are wise enough to give him a judicious amount of maneuvering room, you stand a good chance of getting him to see things your way. Appear interested but not too interested. ( People tend to "want" what they can't have... you see the effect it's having on you, don't you?), so giving him a small dose of the same may make you more appealing, but it'll also communicate to him that "if you snooze you may lose". Don't appear to put your life on hold while he makes up his mind...hang back a little and give your charm a chance to do its work. Good luck to you.

Does he kinder like you back if so grab another guy for a while and see if he comes around.But let the other guy in on it so he doesn't get hurt in the process.

Don't try to change him, its impossible. Walk away from him. It will burn him a little. Guys love it when we oogle over them.
