looks to me that it will cost you 1500 hard earned green back dollars just to get you back to where you were. you better get the new truck before someone else does.
i reckon you could get the balance back by taking the lady to court.but if she was driving without insurance she has probably dropped out of or underneath the system . if she hasn't and you do go to court have her pay the court ,and the court pay you [as you wish no further contact and probable flight risk] judges do allow this for these reasons; then the court acts as a collection agency for you. she may not buy insurance or pay the phone bill but i bet she pays the court in green money. best of luck

you receives ACV, no longer unavoidably blue e book. truthfully what similar automobiles are promoting for on the marketplace. inspite of the undeniable fact that, with any customizations,(no longer constructive if something grow to be further when you got it) each now and then coverage regulations gained't hide that more effective stuff in case you probably did not tell them about it, and they did not recommend the coverage for it. there is not any "commerce out". might want to be that $10k purchase cost is more effective than it will be besides. possibly you may negotiate that. Has the coverage organization actually made you an provide? i doesn't take Blue e book as "the be conscious" on what you receives.
