i dont think it really matters.. but i would prefer him to ask me. it shows that he has confidence in himself.. and that hes not afraid of things.. kinda makes him seem like he would be an easy talker.. but i may be wrong.. my bf used to nvr express himself.. now hes an open book to me.. i acctually REALLy like it..

It doesn't matter either way.
I love a strong women, I also love for women to know that I am strong.
Sad thing, I have never asked a girl out. I hope you don't think I have mental problems. I have many girl "friends" and I am sure many of them are WAITING for me to ask them out. I would like to, but I want them to take the first step. That is the only time when I won't "ask a girl out" is when I know she is waiting.

I never ask a guy out on the first date. I like to know they are really interested, and personally I think they like the challenge. I think a guy likes a girl who plays a little hard to get, and god knows I like to play a little hard to get, keeps them interested...
