Hi Wayne...have you tried a product called Nature's Miracle? It needs to be soaked thoroughly multiple times to neutralize the urine stain and odours. It's available worldwide and is considered one of the most effective enzymatic cleaners on the market. Sometimes people only spray it onto the surface rather than leaving it to air dry. I've included a weblink below for you to read more about it if you haven' tried this just yet.

Nature's Miracle, Simple Solution, and some new product that they sell on TV called Urine Be Gone (or something to that effect). You have to really soak the area with the product and let it dry on it's own. It will take several days for the smell to go away completely.

There's a new commercial out for a product called Urine Gone. You may try one of those "As Seen on TV" outlet stores or the link below.

Try WHITE VINEGAR! Removes odors and does not harm cloth. Make sure it is white not red, etc.
Put a large amount on a soft cloth and damped the area. Let it sit for a few minutes and then put a clean, dry cloth on the area and put pressure on it for several minutes.
We had a puppy that pooped all over the car and it worked!

If the commercial products such as "urine gone" don't work I have a suggestion. Try sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda. It'll neutralize most odors that are acid based.
