Brush them

G'day 12 shot,

Thanks for the question.

The easiest way is to use a teeth whitening toothpaste and brush regularly. There are also dental whitening techniques.

If you need more done, speak with your dentist about what you need to do. Yellow teeth are easier to fix than brown teeth.

You can also light activated treatment in one 60- to 90-minute session with a potent, light-activated bleaching formula of 35 percent hydrogen peroxide. However, this costs between $500 and $1,100.

The quickest way is light activated treatment with one hour having the same effect as one week of dental trays which has the same effect of 2-3 weeks of OTC products. However, quickness is on inverse proportion to cost.

I have attached some sources for your reference.

Regards

Easiest way or best way? The easiest way is to get some sandpaper and gently sand off the top layer of the tooth revealing the baby white beneath the stains.

I just bought some of the Crest Whitening paste that you brush onto your teeth everynight for 2 weeks. I've used it twice before and it works great.

Get some Baking Soda, That's the soda, not the powder, it's the one that when you put it on vinegar it bubbles.

Well, make a paste with it, add a few drops of water to a coupple of spoons of baking soda.

Brush with this paste, after 2 to 3 weeks they will clear up.
