If you have current insurance, your insurance company should be able to run it for you. However, if there is something on your record that they don't know about, or you're not sure if they know about it-then don't ask them. Your other option is to head to the state Department of Motor Vehicles, where they will order it for you, but you'd end up paying maybe around $15-$20. You may be able to find MO DMV information online and be able to do it over the web.

Try your "State Department of Finance and Administration".
Normally if an Insurance get this report the State send you a letter telling you and it gives the information they sent. My Auto Insurance is coming due. My State Department of Finance and Administration sent me the letter telling who obtained the report, which was my Insurance company.
