Delta Air-Dry PermEnamel Glitter Glaze Works great. Paint outside of bottle and then let dry. Shove lights inside or you could drill a hole in the side of the bottle and poke the string of lights through hole.

spray a light layer of clear glue inside bottle (non flammable), pour glitter and shake, pour out the extra glitter, let dry and insert lights

elmers glue watered down and swirl around the bottle,add sparkle and swirl drain out excess..repeat if necessary. wait till its dry and stick the lights in. creative idea

u can buy a fast drying epoxy at lowes, spray it , sprinkle, and add lights
