omg ur so lucky! Um , well just eat loads of carbohydrates and fatty foods.
Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
Eat breakfast every day.
Eat regular snacks.
Eat a variety of foods. That can sometimes include less nutritious ones, like chips and soda. But try to limit them so you don't crowd out healthier food and drinks.
