i have been dancing like crazy and i lost 5 pounds...i tried all my scales and they said the same thing am i paranoid or dd i really lose 5 pounds?? SMART AWNSERS ONLY!!!!

you can lose more than that put on a joging suite and run for 2 hours in the heat of the day when you come back you will be 10 pounds lighter

Losing weight that fast won't do you a bit of good.

could be something wrong w/your scale but then again if you had not eaten anything and havent had enough drinks, you might have ended up losing 5 pounds- mostly water.

yes it's possible-- mostly water weight u lose first and whatever extra fat u have if you have been doing any cardio activity.
then it slows down u will still lose weight but not as fast. besides, it's not safe to lose that much that fast after the first week.

It actually depends on how long you've been dancing those days and also did you eat during those days. Otherwise I think its possible
