The one you miscarried shouldn't affect the one you now carry, but something is wrong somewhere if you are miscarrying. See your Dr. right away, and tell him about your recent miscarraige. Also, rest! Stay calm and quiet as possible, lay down, prop up your feet, and don't be lifting heavy things at all!, Not a bag of groceries, not your other children, (if they are small). If they need/ want to be held by you, then by all means, but have someone lift them on your lap for you. My daughter had to be put on complete bed rest, and I did everything but use the resstroom and shower for her! But you need to see a Dr. to determine if something is wrong with the baby, or why you're having trouble carrying them. Good luck sweetie, I hope it all goes well.

You'll be fine. It's not that your body had a problem with the fetus, it's that there was a problem with the fetus. Most spontaneous miscarriages are because there is something very wrong with the fetus and could not make it as a living being. It dies, and the body expells it. This has nothing to do with the next one. Some women, however have problems with plumbing or eggs, and have very many miscarriages. The fact that you've had two prior pregnancies suggests a strong indication that this fourth pregnancy will be just fine. Good luck, and congratulations!

When I had my miscarriage I came right back and got pregnant the next month and my daughter was just fine. I dont think that you have anything to worry about. If you see your doctor on a regular basis. Just go easy the first 12 weeks. You will be ok. Good Luck and Congratulations!

You will be fine, I read that only 20% of peopl who miscarry, miscarry again. So your odds are pretty good that you will be fine. There are so many uncontrollable factors that are at work when a baby is growing inside you. Just pray and take it easy. Stress is just as hard on you and your pregnancy as physical activities!

I got pregnant 1 month after my miscarriage and had a healthy baby girl! I did spot for first 8 weeks or so which was scary, but it cleared up and all went well. I can understand how you hesitate to get excited, but once you pass that milestone of when the miscarriage was, it gets a lot easier. Best of luck to you!

My mom miscarried one that was due Oct '72. My brother was born Jan '73. As far as brothers go, I'd say he's pretty normal.
