Muscle is much heavier than fat. Work out, weights, martial arts, cycling, running, and gain muscle and you'll feel and look better than if you just ate pizza and drank sodas.

I wanted to gain about 20lbs a couple months ago. I ate a lot of rice. If you like "hibachi" style food then you should try eating a lot of that. I also ate a lot of Chinese food. (it's my favorite) When I cooked at home I would eat healthy meals but I would eat bigger portions. I also started snacking more during the day. (nuts, peanut butter crackers, etc.) I tried to eat at least 5 or six times a day. Another meal I loved eating was a homemade fried chicken salad. I would start off with lettuce and spinach. Then I would put my favorite toppings on it. (tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, raisins, eggs, cheese, bacon bits, etc.) I used Tyson's chicken strips and Kraft's Peppercorn Ranch dressing to finish it off. It is delicious!!! Good Luck with the weight gain!!!! Hope this helps!!!

What would be the reason to gain fat weight? The more a person works out the more muscles they get and I believe muscles weight more then fat so, start working out.
If you want to get heavier for a short while drink a bunch of water, but remember 1 gallon only weights 8lbs.

because of the very truth through operating your muscle mass you're structure the fibers. fat burns off and muscle mass construct. Muscle weighs more effective ideal than fat, so which think ofyou've got lost the 20 pounds of fat yet received about 28 pounds of muscle.

I highly recommend you buy protein shakes. Trust me on this one & you will never go wrong. First off, EAT A LOT of food that's rich in protein & carbohydrates (chicken w/ rice, spaghetti, any kind of pasta will do)....then after every meal drink a protein shake. Drink 4 protein shakes a day on top of what you eat & you'll be fine. I recommend this brand.....Musclemilk....the Cookies & Creme flavor made w/ milk is tha bomb!!!. Buy it & you will never go wrong my friend!!!!!

Eat lots of carb, such as rice and pasta. Add in a lot of meat as well. Sweets are always a killer for gaining weight.
