There are 7 continents of the world if that is what you mean, but there are not 7 continents in the US. USA is a country. Anyway, the 7 continents are : North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Antarctica.

The U.S.A. doesn't have 7 continents. The 7 continents of the world are Asia, North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Antarctica, and Australia.

Asia, Africa, Europe, Americas, Australia, and I think Greenland and that is the only ones I know. Someone asked John Bulushi that once and he said Cincinnati, Houston, Los Angeles and those were all he knew and as far as I know, the USA is part of the North American continent. Oh yeah, maybe the 7th is the South American continent.
