I love all hot peppers. I think the tastiest one is the Poblano, but I do need some more heat in a dish so I would want some habenero or Jalepeno also. The most prevalent one would have to be the serano red chili, so I might say that is the one I really couldn't do without.

I live in UK and we would say a pepper is the powder, so I like Paprika in powder.

OR Jalepeno Hot Pepper for the veg.

Cayenne! All the way! Frontier Herbs has the best as far as flavor and it is 90,000 hu. I also have Dr. Richard Shultz's pepper. it is labeled 300,000 hu but the one from frontier herbs seems much hotter. .. YUM LOVE HOT STUFF
