The way I understand it is that the Bible only teaches about one particular bloodline, it doesn't say that God didn't create people elsewhere in the world..
I asked this same question to our pastor, because if we are all descendants of Adam and Eve then that would mean that Cain and/or Able must have created a child with their mother.
