What's the Most amount of weight you've lost on a diet drug? and how long did it take?

dont take diet pills,. they will never ever work.. not even in a million years.. also do not starve urself to death.. cuz i um did that.. and now i'm afraid to gain weight back.. so yeah i'm anorexic.. nd i'm begining to realize that i'm goin to b stuck with the fear of gaining weight for the rest of my life..

but just do a diet the regular way..

- exercise for at least 30-60 mins a day for 5 times a week.. u can do nything.. just get up off ur booty, and get ur heart pumpin

- avoid fast food / fried food.. try grilled food instead

- dont drink coke..

- eat some veges / fruits / nuts / protein

- avoid takin the elevator.. try takin the stairs

- dont junk out on food all the time.. go for low fat food [ or lean cuisine meals ]

Diet drugs are risky and short term and I do not recommend them. You can become very very sick. Lose weight the right way as eating the right foods and exercise. You will lose for a lilfetime. There are no quick fixes in a diet pill and losing weight willnot happen quickly it is hard work but worth it.

i would NOT recommend diet drugs, or other "lose weight fast" items. all they do is eat away at your body's need resources (such as water or muscle mass) so it appears you lose weight after a few number of days, which if you don't continue using it FOREVER, you'll just gain back the weight/fat that you lost, and commonly more.
