NO. It doesn't matter what device you use to consume beer or any alcoholic beverage. It's how much you consume and how fast you consume it that determines how quickly you get drunk.
Also, whether or not you have eaten food before you drink can affect how much it takes to get drunk.

Yes indeed it gets you drunker faster. Only because the fact that you are drinking it through a straw, which is a faster way for it to travel to your mouth. For instance, what if you shot up beer or alcohol if you could. You would be so drunk from less what is in a syringe then in a beer can then you could say abracadabra lol seriously ..its just like that.

I learned this in Drivers Ed. ....
Consuming carbonation with alcohol makes the alcohol absorb faster. So, if you drink vodka with Coke, it will hit you faster than vodka alone.
Say you go to McDonalds and order a small Coke. Take the cover and straw off and sip it directly from the cup. Now put the cover and straw back on and sip it through the straw. You are getting more air bubbles through the straw. Try it with beer. Put it in a cup, drink it, then put a straw in and drink it. It's more carbonized through a straw, making the alcohol absorb faster throught the lining of your stomach, and making you drunk faster. (And, yes, I've proven this this many a time.... :} )

No. Getting drunk has to do w/ the amount of alcohol consumed, not whethere it's supped or chugged. How's your liver gonna know the difference?
